[Korea] X ACADEMY Dance Study Experience

Today we will introduce an interview with Rin, a high school student who took a one-week study abroad to X ACADEMY (Y class) during the summer vacation.

In fact, Rin-san had studied abroad with a group of 1 million and X ACADEMY this winter vacation. This was the first time I came to study abroad alone.

Q. Thank you for participating in studying abroad. Please introduce your age (school year) and origin (or the prefecture where you live now) and a brief introduction.

A. I am Ryo

, 17 years old, Prefecture and a second year high school student!

Q. How was your studying abroad this time? Tell us about your dance lesson!

A. Compared to the past, I took lessons from male teachers this time, and I was worried, but I enjoyed it very much!

Q. Did you have the most memorable class in the lesson? What kind of lesson was it?

In A.X academy, I was able to take lessons from Brother Kwon ...! I was very happy because I was a teacher I wanted to receive (I wanted to meet) for a long time.

Q. How was the Korean atmosphere and the impression of the people in the city?

Please let me know if there are any episodes.

A. As usual, it was just a kind person.

It was an unforgettable memory to say that when I got on a taxi, the driver said, “I am really grateful for coming to Korea and speaking Korean.”

A. I was surprised because the school was the same as the top child from Osaka! Lol

In the lesson, I met girls and boys from other prefectures in Japan and became friends!

Q. What did you do outside of the dance lessons?

A. I walked around the city of Hongdae and went to Pear University for shopping.

Q. Did you shop or eat out? If you have a good purchase or a good one, please introduce it.

A. With rice, there is a cold noodle shop that happens to be in Hongdae, and it's so delicious that I want to go again! And the jar noodles! !

Q. What are your goals after studying abroad?

A. I want to be able to listen and speak Korean so that I can speak everyday.

A. I felt that learning directly while listening to Korean dance in Korean would help me grow faster.

I learn how to understand into a new culture and become more independent as a result of being on my own for 2-3 months. You really have to take charge and learn quickly to keep up with the course work and which become a much more heard because of the language barrier. Overall, I like say it's definitely worthwhile because you learn so many staff from it and gain skills that you never knew you had.

I improved my language  greatly during staying with host family and studying in FUKUKUOKA and passed N1 level in Japanese Language Proficiency Test. Field trips were great, and dinners provided were just more than my expectation! The courses provided by FUKUOKA were satisfying that  Language courses were pretty intensive however helpful if you truly want to use your Japanese.
